TASTING NOTES:
Deep, ruby-red hues with typical Cabernet aromas of tomato leaf, cassis, Fynbos shrub, fresh bouquet garni and a touch of graphite. The use of older oak ensures that the primary focus on the mid palate is aimed at the bright raspberry- and plum fruit characters. The tannins are well integrated and round. A medium-bodied wine with delicate flavours of plums, blackcurrants and fresh herbs on the dry finish.
