Shipping & Refunds Policy

Deliveries within South Africa are charged at a flat rate of R140. We also offer international deliveries, but that will be calculated at checkout and handled by a courier that offers the best prices.
Shipping within South Africa will take 4-8 business days (this includes processing and handling time). If you are ordering outside these countries, our international shipping takes around 14-25 business days.
We do not charge extra for large orders (regardless of the total weight or package size) within South Africa, but please note that these variables are factored into international deliveries and will be calculated at checkout.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges with the exception of damaged goods.
In the event that the product is damaged, please contact us within 7 days and we will arrange a replacement.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund/exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
